ok i had...

1) 200ml milk
2) 3/4 packet of pocky choco-banana
3) one banana
4) 2 pieces of chocolate
5) 5 pieces of chocolate wafers
6) one cup of milo
7) two slices of bread

....in the past 15 minutes, and my stomach's still growling! WTH.
